What You'll Do
- Provide sensory integration and motor skill development services for children and adolescents
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with on-site BCBAs, psychologists, speech therapists, and other specialists to coordinate care
- Share referrals within the collaborative's professional network
- Participate in multidisciplinary team consultations as needed
- Build and grow your own independent practice in a supported environment
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Current Florida OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred

What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct ABA services and supervise RBTs and BCaBAs as applicable
- Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and psychologists to create cohesive, integrated treatment plans
- Partner with families through training, goal-setting, and ongoing caregiver support
- Participate in cross-disciplinary team consultations and referral sharing
- Help shape the behavior analysis programming of the collaborative as a founding clinician
Qualifications
